Aikimode Aiki Akademi kurucusu Oğuzhan Başkurt Sensei Bloomberg HT’de İş Dünyası programına ”Aikido ve sağlıklı yaşam” teması ile konuk oldu.
Programda aikido ile sağlıklı yaşam arasında bağ oluşturabilmeyi anlatan Oğuzhan Sensei ayrıca iş yaşamındaki stresin aikido ile aşılabileceğinden bahsetti. Ayrıca Aikido’nun ruh, beden ve zihin sağlığını olumlu yönde etkilediğinden ve pozitif kalabilmenin sağladığı yararlara da değinildi.
Faydalı ve öğretici bir programın ardından ”Aikido” temasının Bloomberg HT gibi prestijli bir kanalda olması Aikimode Aiki Akademi tarafı olarak bizleri çok sevindirdi.

”Lady Class” Kadınlar için Aikido eğitimleri Aikimode Aiki Akademi’nin 4.Levent ve Ataşehir şubelerinde başlıyor..
Japonya’daki Dünya Aikido Merkezi’nde mevcut olan sadece kadınlara özgü ”Kadınlar için Aikido” eğitimleri artık Türkiye’de. Kadınlar dilerlerse karma(kadın ve erkek) yapılan eğitimlerin haricinde sadece kadınlar için düşünülen aikido sınıflarına da katılabilecekler.
Bu çalışmalarının amacı hemen hemen birbirine denk güç ve beden yapısındaki kadınların aikido eğ
itimlerine düzenli ve severek katılabilmesini sağlamaktır. Erkek gücü ve kadın gücü arasındaki farklılıklar aikidoya yeni başlayan kadınlar için bazen dezavantaj oluşturabilmektedir. Kadınlar için oluşturulan sınıflarda güç farklılıklarının oluşturduğu ufak problemleri de artık aşıyoruz.
Kadınlar için Aikido eğitimleri 15 Ağustos’tan itibaren Ataşehir ve 4.Levent’te aralıksız başlıyor. Kayıtlar için bizlerle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Aikimode Aiki Akademi Ataşehir’de aikido eğitimleri tüm hızı ile başladı.
Aikimode Aiki Akademi Ataşehir 600 metre kare alanı ile Türkiye’nin ve Avrupa’nın en büyük ve en modern Aikido merkezlerilerindendir. Akademi’de 3 ayrı dojo (stüdyo) bulunmaktadır.
