Aiki – Terapi Aikimode tarafından geliştirilen ve yoğun stres altında çalışan kişiler için düşünülmüş bir grup aktivitesidir. Aikido’daki ısınma egzersizleri üzerine verilen eğitimlerde aşağıdaki amaçların elde edilmesi istenmektedir.

• Sınırlarını görebilme,
• Kontrollü nefes alıp-verebilme,
• Dayanıklılık artırımı,
• Ruhsal ve fiziksel yönden kendini iyi hissedebilme,
• Temel strateji kurabilme,

10 seans ile 30 seans arası düşünülen aktivitelerden sonra kişiler dilerlerse aikido eğitimine geçebilirler.

4. Levent Sanayi Mahallesindeki dojomuz metro çıkışından sonra 30 metre. Metro tercih edenler aikido dojosuna artık çok daha yakınsınız.

27 Eylül Pazartesi akşamı Invitel International firması çalışanları Aikimode Aiki Akademide “İş Yaşamında Aikido” konulu seminere katıldı.

Seminerde Aikido tekniklerinin gerçek yaşamdaki uygulamalarının yanı sıra iş dünyasında karşılaşılan problemlere değinildi. Aikido yaklaşımının gerçek hayattaki problemleri çözmede yardımcı olunabileceği katılımcılara aktarıldı. Katılımcılar temel anlamda ayakta kalma, dengede durabilme ve düştükten sonra tekrar doğrulma konularında bilgilendirildiler.

Aikido‘nun anlamı ve gerçek yaşamdaki stratejiler konusunda firma çalışanları bilgilendirildi. Fiziksel uygulamalarla teorik olarak katılımcılar bilgilendirildi. Eğitimle ilgili görüntüler videolar’da. Seminerlerin dışında Aikimode Aiki Akademide’de eğitim almak isteyen öğrencilerin olması ise bizim için çok olumlu gelişme oldu.

Aikimode Aiki Akademi’nin genç ve dinamik öğrencilerinden oluşan bir grupla Korukent Cosmic Bowling’de bir bowling turnuvası gerçekleştirdik. Her zamanki gibi dostluğun kazandığı turnuvada herkesin neşesi yerindeydi.

Aikimode Aiki Akademi 2007 yılından itibaren yetişkinler(12+) ve 4-12 yaş çocuklar için aikido eğitimleri vermektedir. Eğitimlerde Saygı ve sevgi ilkeleri temel alınarak savaş ve sanat kavramları budo(Savaş Sanatları) disiplinleri çerçevesinde öğretilmektedir. Öğrencinin savaşçı ve sanatkâr olabilme çizgisinde istikrarlı ve ahlaklı bir yol izlenmesi hedeftir.

Aikimode Aiki Akademi genel merkezi toplamda 500 metrekare alana sahip olup 200 metrekare ve 50 metrekarelerde 2 ayrı çalışma alanı (dojo) bulunmaktadır. Bir oturma salonu, çocuk odası, ofis,kafeterya ve bay-bayan soyunma odalarının bulunduğu Akademi’de öğrenciler için kablosuz internet hizmeti de mevcuttur.

Türkiye’nin en modern ve büyük aikido merkezlerinden biri Aikimode Aiki Akademi 4. Levent’teki dojosuna sizleri davet ediyor…

Haftanın hergünü sabah, öğle ve akşam aikido  yapabilme olanağı Aikimode Aiki Akademi öğrencilerinin. Yeter ki aikido yapmak isteyin ve sağlık durumunuz aikido yapmaya elverişli olsun. Dilerseniz grup derslerinin haricinde özel dersler de alabileceğiniz imkanlar arasında.

Haftasonu çocuğunuzla birlikte aikido eğitimlerine katılabilirsiniz. Siz aikido eğitimindeyken çocuğunuz, kendisi için tasarlanan çocuk oyun odamızda oyuncaklarla ve çizgi filmlerle vaktini geçirsin.  Çocuğunuz antrenmanda iken sizde dinleme odasında vaktinizi geçirebilir çocuğunuzun antrenmanını izleyebilirsiniz.Veya oluşturduğumuz paralel sınıflarda siz eğitimdeyken çocuğunuzda kendi sınıflarında kendi yaş grubu ile derslere katılsın. Sizlerde vaktinizi ekonomik kullanarak sevdiklerinize daha çok vakit ayırabilin.

Eğitim Sistemi

Aikimode Aiki Akademi merkezi Japonya’da bulunan Tokyo’daki Aikikai Hombu Dojo’ya bağlı olarak aikido eğitimlerine devam etmektedir. Aynı zamanda kurucumuz ve baş eğitmenimiz Oğuzhan Ulvi Başkurt Sensei Türkiye’deki Aikido’dan sorumlu federasyon tarafından onaylı antrenörlük ve dan derecelerine sahip üst düzey eğitmenler arasındadır.

Misyon

Aikido sanatının sürekli çalışıldığı ve dünyadaki gelişmelerin sürekli takip edilerek öğrencilerine faydalı bir şekilde aktarıldığı Aikimode Aiki Akademi’nin uluslararası bir Aikido okulu olmasını sağlamak en temel görevimiz.
