Oğuzhan Başkurt Sensei ”Girişim Savaşçısı Kurumsal” eğitimler kapsamında İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı İşletmeleri personeline özel bir çalışma yaptırdı. Çalışmadaki odaklanılan ”pes etmemek-mücadeleyi bırakmama” temalarıydı.. Minimum güç maksimum etki ve takım içi paylaşımın öneminininde vurgulandığı çalışma İSG personeli için güzel bir dışmekan (outdoor) aktivitesi oldu.

İstanbul Riva’da düzenlenen Aikido ve Budo eğitimi çalışanların iş yaşamındaki performansını, odaklanmalarını ve farkındalıklarını arttırmaya çalıştığımız özel bir eğitimdi. Eğitime katılan tüm İSG personeline ve Girişim Savaşçısı programının kurucusu Berke Sarpaş’a teşekkürlerimizle.

İSG Hakkında

Türkiye’nin önde gelen holdinglerinden Limak Holding, Hindistan’ın önde gelen altyapı gruplarından GMR Infrastructure ve 1991 yılından bu yana havalimanı işletmeciliği yapan Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad ortaklığında kurulan ISG, İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Uluslararası Havalimanı’nda mevcut terminallerin işletme hakkının yanı sıra otopark işletmesi, yer hizmetleri, kargo, uçak yakıt ikmal operasyonları ve havalimanı oteli ile CIP tesislerini 20 yıl süre ile işletme hakkını 1 Mayıs 2008’de devraldı.

30 Nisan 2014 tarihi itibariyle GMR Grubunun şirketimizdeki hisselerini Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad’a devretmesiyle şirketimiz, Limak ve MAHB ortaklığı olarak devam etmektedir.

İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen’in 20 yıllık işletme hakkını 1 milyar 932 milyon Euro karşılığı devralan İSG, asgari 336 milyon Euro düzeyinde de yatırım yaptı. Bu yatırımların en önemli bölümünü oluşturan İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen’in hızlı büyümesine katkıda bulunacak ve yıllık yolcu kapasitesini 25 milyona çıkaran toplam 320 bin m²’lik yeni terminal binası ve ekleri uluslararası normlarda, modern bir mimari anlayışı ile çevreci bir yapı olarak inşa edildi ve 31 Ekim 2009 tarihinde hizmete alındı.

İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Uluslararası Havalimanı’nın yeni terminal binası ve eklerinde:

• 112 adet check-in kontuarı, 24 adet self check-in kiosku,
• Gelen ve giden yolcular için toplam 50 pasaport kontuarı
• Yiyecek ve içecek sektörünün önde gelen markalarının hizmet verdiği 5.000m2 restoran ve kafe alanı,
• 3.300 m2’si gidiş bölümü ve 1.200 m2’si geliş bölümünde olmak üzere toplam 4.500 m2’lik alana yayılan ve işletmesini SETUR’un üstlendiği Duty Free alanında, her türlü yerli – yabancı içecek, tütün ürünleri ve kozmetik gibi klasik ürün portföyünün yanısıra, konfeksiyon, tekstil aksesuarları ve elektronik cihazlar da satışa sunulmaktadır.
• 3 adet apron manzaralı Yelken lounge ve CIP bölümleri,
• Terminal binası ile bağlantılı iki katlı VIP binası
• 400 m2 konferans salonu,
• 4.718 araç ve 72 otobüs kapasiteli dört katlı otopark
• Kara ve hava tarafından ayrı girişleri olan 128 odalı havalimanı oteli,
• 8 adet en büyük gövdeli (IATA kod E) veya 16 adet orta gövdeli (IATA kod C) uçağa eş zamanlı hizmet verilebilecek çoklu uçak park ettirme sistemi
• EDS(Patlayıcı Teşhis Sistemleri) bagaj görüntüleme sistemi bulunuyor.

İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen aynı zamanda, 2009, 2010, 2012 ve 2013 yıllarında yolcu rakamlarında Avrupa’nın en hızlı büyüyen havalimanı oldu.

Aikido 5. Dan Partisi

Aikimode Aiki Akademi’nin kurucusu ve baş eğitimeni Oğuzhan Başkurt Sensei’in 2014 başı itibari ile Türkiye’deki Akido’dan sorumlu federasyon tarafından 5. Dan (5. derece sihah kuşak) mertebesi ile onurlandırılması şerefine bir organizasyon yapıldı. Parti organizasyonu Nef 163’ün terasında bir çok davetlinin katılımı ile gerçekleşti. İstanbul’un eşsiz güzel mazarasında düzenlenen partide bol müzik, eğlence ve muhabbet vardı.

Türkiye’nin Aikido‘daki en genç 5. Dan derecesine sahip eğitmenlerinden olan Oğuzhan Başkurt’u öğrencileri partide yanlız bırakmadı. Partideki barbekü sırası görülmeye değerdi. Oğuzhan Sensei’in öğrencilerinden Serdar Sıralar yapmış olduğu Stand-up gösterisi ile büyük alkış aldı. Serdar Sıralar aynı zamanda diş hekimliğinin  ve tıp dünyasının Cem Yılmaz’ı olarakta bilinmekte. Bu sefer gösterisini Aikido’cular için özel tasarladı. Kendisine bu özel günde yapmış olduğu gösteriden ötürü teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz.

Göklerde Aikido partisi organize edipte Aikido, İaido ve Jodo sanatlarını yapmamamız tabiki düşünülemez. Bu nedenle bu güzel insanların olduğu bu özel gecede bir kaç gösteri tasarladık. Beğeni toplayan gösterilerimizin fotoğraflarını sayfamızdan inceleyebilirsiniz.

Gecenin ilerleyen saatlerinde en son sınava katılan ve başarılı olan öğrencilere diplomaları takdim edildi.

Aikimode Aiki Akademi’nin tüm öğrencilerine ve velilerimize desteklerinden ötürü sonsuz teşekkürler.

Oğuzhan Sensei’nin dediği gibi ”bizim işimiz fayda üretmek, faydalı olabiliyorsak ne mutlu bize” .

Uzakdoğu deyince aklına önce ‘’mutfak’’ gelenlerdenseniz bu röportaj size farklı kapılar açabilir. 6yıl önce başladığı Aikido’da siyah kuşak 1.Dan seviyesine ulaşan Benay Benli, kızının da bu spora gönül vermesine yol açmış. Yoğun bir iş hayatı içinde güne saat 06 .30 ‘da Aikido antreman ile başlayan Benay Benli , Aikido’nun stresle mücadelesine yardımcı olduğunu, iş hayatında konsantrasyonun arttığını ve başarı, aile hayatına da huzur getirdiğini söylüyor ..

Bize kendinizi tanıtır mısınız ?

Endüstriyel ağırlıklı kimyevi ürünler üreten bir firmanın ortağıyım ve aynı zamanında bu firmanın bölge bayiliği işini yapıyorum . Yaklaşık 20 yıldır çalışma hayatının içindeyim. Eğer işinizi gerçekten iyi yapmak istiyorsanız, ister istemez işinizi hayatınızın merkezine alıp bütün enerjinizi, dikkatinizi ve neredeyse tüm zamanınızı bu alana kaydırıyorsunuz.

Neticede başarı geliyor ama daha sonra geriye dönüp baktığınızda bir şeyleri de kaçırmış olduğunuzu fark ediyorsunuz. Bende böyle oldu. Somut olarak ben örneğin, oğlumun çocukluğunu kaçırdığımı düşünüyorum. Firmamla ilgili o ayı, o yılı, bir sonraki yılı detaylı bir şekilde projelendirirken, analiz ederken, hedefler koyarken; kendimi tanımaya, anlamaya hiç mesai harcamamış olduğumu, hatta bunu hiç fark edemediğimi düşünüyorum. Neticede hepimiz biliyoruz ki iş bitmez ve bitmeyecek, fakat ömrümüz sınırlı. Bu bilinç içinde hareket etmek ve mümkün olduğu kadar bunların tümü arasında belirli dengeler kurmak gerek. Ben böyle düşünüyorum.

Aikido ile tanışma zamanınız bu sorulara cevap ararken mi oldu? Sizce bir kadın kolaylıkla yapabilir mi, yoksa erkeklerden daha fazla zaman ayırmak mı gerekiyor?

Aikido ile tam da bu tür farkındalıklarım üzerinde araştırırken tanıştım. Uzakdoğu felsefesi ve doğudan her şey her zaman ilgi çekmiştir. Hayatında hep bir şekilde spor olmuş biri olarak, hem felsefi olarak manevi yanımı hem de fiziksel egzersiz yönüyle bedenimi sağlıklı tutmak ve mümkünse bunu ömrüm yettiğince sürdürmek inancıyla başladım Aikido’ya..

Elbette, her işi olduğu gibi Aikido’yu da kadınlar kolaylıkla yapabilir. Bence bu konuda kadın olmak ya da erkek olmaktan ziyade; çok çalışmak ve vazgeçmemek gerekiyor.

Ne kadar zamandır Aikido yapıyorsunuz? Şu anda hangi seviyedesiniz?

2008 yılında Oğuzhan Başkurt Sensei ile başladım Aikido’ya, 6 senedir Aikimode Aiki Akademi’de Aikido yapıyorum ve siyah kuşak 1.Dan seviyedeyim.

Sizin tanımınızda Aikido nedir? Sadece form tutmak için yapılabilir mi ?

Aikido bence, yaşadığımız evrende uyum adına söyleyebileceğimiz her şeyi içine alan bir disiplindir, bir etik ve bir yoldur. Aikido’yu sadece bir spor olarak görmenin çok büyük eksiklik ayrıca haksızlık olacağını düşünüyorum. Fakat çok ciddi de bir fiziksel efor gerektiriyor ve bu sayede size ciddi bir kondisyon veriyor. Bu da işin bonusu tabi.

Kişiliğinizi, hayat duruşunuzu nasıl etkiledi? Öncesi ve sonrası gibi bir karşılaştırma yaparsanız somut farklılıklar nelerdir?

Aikido, maymun iştahlılara göre bir yer değil. Uzun soluklu bir yol. Kişiliğinizi nasıl etkiledi ? derseniz öncelikle daha sabırlı bir insan oldum derim. Daha çok dinlemeyi ve daha az konuşmaya ihtiyaç duymayı öğrendim derim. Daha sakin ve soğukkanlı olduğumu düşünüyorum. Algıları açık ve daha gözlemci. Dikkat ettiyseniz bu söylediklerimin tümü profesyonel çalışma hayatındaki kişilerin zaten edinmesi gereken hasletler, bu sebeple Aikido’nun sadece bireysel olarak değil, kurumsal olarak da şirket çalışanları için son derece faydalı olacağını düşünüyorum. Keza çocuklar için… Çocuklar; zorlu eğitim hayatları boyunca, hazırlandıkları meşakkatli sınavlar suresince dinlenmek, sabırlı ve soğukkanlı olmak, sakin kalabilmek, kendine güven duymak diğerlerine saygı gösterebilmek, disiplin gibi kazanımlar elde edebilirler Aikido sayesinde. Bence çocuklar için çok daha faydalı bu yönde.

Sizin kızınızda Aikido yapıyor değil mi ?

Evet kızım Zeynep de Aikido yapıyor. Üstelik tam 5 yıldır ve bırakmaya hiç niyetli görünmüyor. Tahmin ediyorum en genç Dan sahibi genç kızlardan biri olacak birkaç yıl sonra.

Aikido biliyor olmanız kendinizi daha güvende hissetmenize yol açıyor mu?

Elbette güven veriyor. Olası bir atağa karşı sizin de yapabilecekleriniz olduğunu bilmek iyi hissettiriyor. Fakat yine de tedbiri elden bırakmamak lazım.

Günlük hayatta kendinizi savunmak için kullanmak zorunda kaldınız mı?

Doğrusunu isterseniz hayır. Böyle bir şey yaşamadım fakat başıma gelen tehlikeli bir kazayı son derece soğukkanlı bir şekilde atlatmıştım. Ama bir gün kendimi savunmam gerekirse bunu yapabilirim.

Zor bir spor mu? Antrenmanlar sizi fizik olarak zorluyor mu?

Zor kelimesinden ne anladığınıza bağlı. Evet, Aikido tekniklerini öğrenmek ve uygulayabilmek çok çabuk olmuyor, bunu için kendinize yeterli zamanı tanımanız gerekiyor. Her şeyi 1 yılda öğreneyim derseniz böyle bir şey yok. Fakat karar verir, buna inanır ve sabırlık olursanız mutlaka sonuç alırsanız. Karar vermek, inanmak ve antrenmanlara gelmek gerekiyor. İşin sırrı ise; asla vazgeçmemek. Elbette zaman zaman zorladığı oluyor. Seviye yükseldikçe zihninizin öğrendiği ama bedeninize yaptırmakla zorlandığınız şeyler oluyor, hatta bazen gerçekten de çok basit şeylerde zorlanıyorsunuz. Ama kolay ne var ki şu hayatta! Kısaca, zorlasa da pes etmek yok, yola devam diyeceksiniz. Daha öğrenecek çok şey var.

Aikido’nun iş ve aile yaşantınıza katkısı oldu mu ?

Olmaz mı, kuşkusuz her ikisini de oldu, oluyor. Kendinize sorduğunuz sorularınızda, hayatınızda aradığınız cevaplarınızda; yolunuz ister Buda ile, ister Eflatun ile, ister Mevlana ile fark etmez ama sonuçta Yüce Rabbimize çıkıyor, işte o yolda Aikido da var. Ben böyle düşünüyorum.

İş ailenize ayırmanız gereken zamanda ya da sorumluluklarınızı yerine getirmekte bir zorluk yaşadınız mı ?

Yaşamamak için elimden geleni yapıyorum. Hafta içi sabah antrenman yapıyorum 06.30’da. Böylece gün içinde işimde ve akşam saatlerinde çocuklarımla olabiliyorum. Ayrıca sabah antrenmanları kişiyi son derece dinç ve enerjik başlatıyor güne. Güne olabildiğince erken başlamayı şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Zinde olmanın yanı sıra dünya kadar şeyi yapabiliyorsunuz bir gün de hem kendiniz için, hem de sevdikleriniz için ve gün bir türlü bitmiyor.

Yemekle aranız nasıldır? Severek yapar mısınız?

Yemekle aram her zaman iyi olmuştur. Yemek yapmaya bayılırım. Yemek yemek için yaşayanlardan değilim fakat damak tadıma uygun keyifli bir yemek için çok uzaklara gidebilirim. Ben temelde, daha az işlemle yapılan, daha sağlıklı şekilde ve daha kısa sürece pişen tarifleri tercih ediyorum. Renkli sebzeler, peynirler, zeytinyağı, cevizle ve roka, nane, fesleğen, reyhan, biberiye gibi kokulu otlarla karıştırarak salatalar yapmak veya besin değeri yüksek çeşitli çorbalar yapmak, sıkça yaptığım yemeklerden. Tercihim genel olarak çeşitli sebzeleri ve balık ,beyaz etlerle kombinlemek. Bakliyatları sıcak ve soğuk yemekler şeklinde pişirmeyi çok seviyorum. Ev yapımı yoğurdum ise yemeklerin yanında olmazsa olmazlardan. Makarnalar, börekler, açmalar bizim eve pek girmez fakat kuru fasulye ve pilava hiç hayır diyemeyiz.
