Bu hafta Alman Okulu’nda Aikido sınav heyecanı vardı. Tüm çocuk öğrencilerimiz sınavı başarı ile tamamlayarak ”sarı kuşak” seviyesine geçmeye hak kazandı.

Çocuklar sınav öncesi yazmış oldukları makalelerde, aikido sanatını ne kadar sevdiklerini, ebeveynlerinin onlara ne kadar destek olduklarından ve sensei’lerini ne kadar sevdiklerinden bahsettiler.

Aikido’nun sayesinde fiziksel ve mental olarak gelişme kaydedilen eğitimlerde tüm çocuklarımızın yüzü gülmekteydi.

Her sene geleneksel olarak yapılan BÜMED ( Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Mezunlar Derneği) Çocuk Şenliğinde Boğaziçilerle beraberdik. Aikimode Aiki Akademi standına Boğaziçi’lilerin ilgisi epey yoğundu.

Aikido tanıtımının yanı sıra birde çocuklarımızla ve velilerimizle güzel bir aikido gösterisi yaptık. Gösterimize çocuklar ve yetişkinlerin ilgisi epey yoğudu.

12. BÜMED Çocuk Şenliği

Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Mezunlar Derneği (BÜMED) üyeleri ve BÜ mezunları, çocuklarıyla eğlenceli bir gün geçirdiler ve çocukları için yaz programlarını seçtiler. 26 Mayıs 2013 Pazar günü BÜMED Üst Bahçe’de gerçekleşti. Bir şenlik havasında geçen bu özel günde çocuklar kendi için hazırlanan bahçede keyifli bir gün geçirdiler. Minikler eğlenirken büyükler de yaz aylarında çocuklarını gönderebilecekleri yaz okulları ile tanıştılar.

Çocuklarımız için 12 yıldır sürdürdüğümüz bu özel günde, BÜMED’in eşsiz bahçesinde çocuklarımız çocuk olmanın keyfini yaşadılar.

27 Mayıs Pazar günü Zekeriyaköy Rotary Kulübü tarafından organize edilen şenliklere Aikimode Aiki Akademi olarak kıdemli yetişkin ve çocuk öğrencilerimizle dahil olduk. Oğuzhan Başkurt Sensei ve kıdemli öğrencileri tarafından gerçekleştirilen Aikido gösterileri büyük beğeni topladı.

Zekeriyaköy Anfi Tiyatroda yoğun bir topluluk önünde gerçeleştirilen fiziksel gösteride Aikimode Aiki Akademi öğrencileri ve Oğuzhan sensei Aikido sanatının sözlü anlatımınıda yaparak Zekariyaköy sakinlerinin güzel vakit geçirmesine vesile olarak şenliklere destek oldular.

Kıdemli öğrencilerimizde Devrim Erdoğan ve Yiğit Tuna’nın aikido performansları seyirciler tarafından tam not aldı. Özellile yüksek düşüş tekniklerinde tecrübelerini konuşturarak iyi birer aikidoka olma yolunda ilerlediklerini kanıtladır.

Baba ve oğul olarak gösterilere dahil olan Alp ve Eren Ermaya yaptıkları tekniklerle büyük alkış topladılar.

Kıdemli çocuk öğrencilerimizinde gösteride yer alması, aileler ve çocukları için bu sanatın ne kadar faydalı olduğunun anlaşılmasını tekrar tekrar ortaya koydu.

Kenji Kumagai Sensei seminerinden sonra Kumagai Sensei ve 30 öğrencimizle birlikte Udonya Restoran’da akşam yemeği yedik.

Yemekte aikido ve dojo devamlılığı üzerine sohbetlerimizin yanı sıra bol bol kahkaha ve neşe mevcuttu. Ara ara şakalaşmaların yaşandığı yemekte günün değerlendirmeside yapıldı. Aikido ve hayatta başarılı olmak için istikrarlı ve ahlaklı bir yol çizilmesi gerektiğinin önemi vurgulandı.

Udonya’ya gelmişken Japon Mutfağın’dan da bilgiler vermeden geçmeyelim.

Japon Yemekleri

Bir ülkeyi daha iyi tanıyabilmek için o ülkenin yemeklerinden yemek lazımdır. Bir ülkenin yemekleri o ülkenin ulusal karakterini, lezzet tercini, estetik anlayışını, hayat biçimini vb. gösteren öğelerden biridir. Bu sebeptendir ki Yemek Kültürü denilir.

Japon mutfağı deyince insanların ilk aklına gelen sushi olur fakat aslında, tempura, sukiyaki, udon, okonomiyaki, soba, ramen vb. yemekleri ile çok çeşitli ve zengin bir mutfaktır.

Japon mutfağı deyince pirincin önemini vurgulamadan geçmek olamaz. Biz Türklerdeki ekmek kültürü neyse Japonlarda da pirinci aynı şekilde görebiliriz.

Birçok kaynak Japonların uzun yaşamalarını yemek adetlerine bağlamaktadır. Japon mutfağını yakından incelediğinizde bunda oldukça büyük bir gerçek payı bulabilirsiniz. Buna başlıca örnek vermek gerekirse Japonlar doğaya olan bağlılıklarından dolayı mümkün olduğunca yemeklerinde kullandıkları malzemelerin doğal özelliğini bozmamaya gayret ederler.

Türkiye’de Aikido’nun kurucusu ve mimarı Kenji Kumagai Sensei 27 Mayıs Pazar günü Aikimode Aiki Akademi öğrencileri ile ortak bir çalışma gerçekleştirdi.

Çalışmada Kihon Waza (Temel Teknikler) nın önemine değinen Kumagai Sensei bizimle çalışmaktan çok keyif aldığını dile getirdi.

50 ‘den fazla katılımcının olduğu seminer sonrası tatlı bir yorgunluk ve yüzlerde gülümsemeler vardı. Herkes ”usta” ile birlikte olmaktan son derece memnundu…
